I can’t be the only person that loves to get flowers. So when I saw that we won a box from Bold Blossoms, I was so excited! Katie contacted me right away to get a mailing address and had my box shipped out the very next day. Now that is customer service! Once I got the tracking number I realized they had been delayed in shipping since they were coming from California and the wildfires had caused delays. Katie let me know that she had accounted for that and made sure to put a wet pack on all their flowers. She also mentioned that if the flowers didn’t perk up after getting them in water to let her know and she would send a replacement box. Within those two short conversations, I knew Bold Blossoms provides amazing customer service and was even more excited to see their product.
I have received flowers in the mail before, however, they were nowhere near this professionally packaged. My bouquet was tied multiple times and zip-tied down to the box. They were wrapped in three different layers on top, which made them look so beautiful. And the inside lining of the box added a luxurious feel to the whole package! The directions were really easy to follow and within minutes, I had a gorgeous centerpiece just in time for Thanksgiving! I love the different shapes and sizes of the flowers used. And the colors are perfect to brighten up my table. I can’t get over how beautiful this bouquet is, even minutes after being unpacked.

I can’t say enough good things about Bold Blossoms. If you have been reading our blog for a while, you know that great customer service is one thing that always wins in our book. Bold Blossoms went above and beyond to ensure that we received a quality product. So much time and thought were placed in our bouquet.
