Desk Stash is one of my favorite subscription boxes.  Since working from home is my new normal, it makes sense to surround myself with fun office supplies to keep me going.  I have a box of products from Desk Stash in a special area on my desk (aka fold-out table) that both cool and functional.  And really, just looking at all the adorable products helps get me in the mindset to get my butt in gear.

TODAY Die Cast Sticky Notes – Retail Value $3.99

Everyone loves a fun sticky note, right?  I fly through notes super fast so am always thankful to get a new supply.  These die-cast “Today” notes are helpful for keeping my priorities straight since I can jot down both today’s and tomorrow’s goals on one sticky.  Plus, teal is my favorite color, so of course, these made my day.  I did find out that I needed to be gentle when pulling a sticky off the pad, as the cut out tended to tear when I was too rough.

Astronaut Bookmark – Retail Value $12.00

Talk about unique!  I have never seen a bookmark like this, I mean it is out of this world!  I recently got my son into reading chapter books, so this is the perfect item to stop him from bending pages to mark his place.  The cute astronaut will cruise through all of our books together now.  I like that it is small enough to not be in the way when we put our book down at night too.   Since my picture didn’t do this product justice, I added a quick video below for you to see more details.

Pencil Pouch – Retail Value $4.00

Remember at the beginning of this review, when I mentioned that I have a box of Desk Stash goodies hanging out on my desk?  Well, I have been meaning to put the smaller supplies into a pencil pouch.  I just never got around to buying one.  This cute office supply themed pouch is just the right size to store my smaller office supplies so they don’t get lost.  The zipper feels nice and sturdy too so it should hold up over time.

Acrylic MoMA Ruler – Retail Value $5.99

While I didn’t NEED a new ruler, this was a fun product to unbox.  Right now, I use a boring wood ruler which works just fine.  But let’s be honest, why use a boring product when there are brightly colored awesome office supplies out there?!  The larger numbers on this ruler are clear, which I thought was pretty cool.  And while the inch markers are the main focus point, other measurements are still fairly clear to see.

Warhol Brillo Box Memo Pad – Retail Value $14.99

Upon seeing another sticky pad in this season’s box I was a little put-off.  Normally Desk Stash doesn’t repeat similar items in a box.  So I figured something had to be really special about this Brillo Box Memo Pad.  Well, first off the sheer size, 700 sheets, was enough to make me giddy.  And of course, being a fan of Warhol I was excited to have such a cool piece to add to my desk.  But my favorite part has to be the die-cut hole to hold a pencil or pen.  This pad is stylish, unique, and super handy!

Vintage Cameras Journal – Retail Value $11.01

Since it seems we are currently living through historical moments every day, one can never have too many journals to write down all of the action.  This journal features 160 lined pages, a flexible cover, elastic closure, and a ribbon marker.  All these features add up to one functional journal.  I personally love the antique camera cover too since it will align well with what I plan to write about.

SpacedOut Push Pins – Retail Value $22.00

Who needs boring tacks, when you can have spaced themed pins?  These push pins fit in well with the bookmark in our box. And they will work nicely for pinning up pictures of my family when I inevitably have to start going back into the office.  The six pins are made of steel and feel like they will hold up well.  My personal favorite is the sun since in Washington I never know when I will get to see the real deal.

Overall Thoughts

Desk Stash consistently curates out-of-this-world boxes.  Each quarter I receive items that I would never expect to find in their boxes but are a welcome divergence from your typical office supplies.  The unique products have a way of keeping me both productive and entertained throughout this work-from-home journey.  Their box is the perfect box for anyone, from teens that want items to keep them going throughout the school year, to adults that want to revamp their desks.
