Desk Stash is one of my favorite subscription boxes. Since working from home is my new normal, it makes sense to surround myself with fun office supplies to keep me going. I have a box of products from Desk Stash in a special area on my desk (aka fold-out table) that are both cool and functional. And really, just looking at all the adorable products helps get me into a productive mindset.
Where You’re @ Bookmark – Retail Value $5.52
Now, I know it is still technically summer, but my mind is already dreaming of Fall. And with Fall comes more time inside, meaning more time to read. I’m a sucker for a cute bookmark, and this clip-on @ is excellent. The bookmark is very well made with stainless steel that is thick, but the design gives it just enough flexibility.
Bird on a Wire Mug – Retail Value $16.95
Being at home since the start of COVID has given me a lot more time to watch the birds around my property. I have started to fancy myself a bit of a birdwatcher. While not all of these species on this mug are found in Washington, I immediately recognized a good number of the birds. For the species I didn’t know, there was a helpful answer key on the bottom of the mug. Nice touch! Did I mention that this mug magically turns colorful when hot liquid is added? Double-Sided Adhesive Tape Rollers – Retail $4.43
It’s glue, wait it’s tape…it’s GLUE TAPE! The first few uses didn’t go as smoothly as I would have hoped. But after a bit of practice, I was glue taping everything I could think of. Getting a 2 pack was nice too, so I didn’t have to worry about running out.
Atomic Energy Mighty Magnets – Retail Value $12.00
I wish I could say that I will be enjoying these magnets hanging out on my file cabinet. Unfortunately, my son claimed them before I got the chance. The bright colors caught his attention and the fact that they look like they came right out of a comic book. What can I say, the kid has good taste.
Camera Sticky Notes – Retail Value $5.95
I use more sticky notes than anyone I know, so getting unique ones in my Desk Stash is always welcome. Plus, once I run out of the circular sticky notes, the camera turns into a fun photo frame. And the “focus on me” saying is :chef kiss:
Flashy The Robot – Retail Value $7.36
This is by far the cutest USB that I have ever seen. I love that Flashy “loses his head”, I feel you Flashy. There is 4GB of storage, which is a great amount for all things blogging. I will be using this little robot a lot in the future…until he starts using me…
B-Indie Rocker Clips – Retail Value $6.95
A little rock and roll, a little spring pastel, these binder clips really describe my personality. The clips feel like great quality and should be bringing me joy for many years to come. Plus, my co-workers (aka my son & husband) will get a kick out of them.
Overall Thoughts
When I think of office supplies, some of these products aren’t typically on my mind. However, one of the things I love about Desk Stash is that they bring me items that I wouldn’t buy myself. For example, I wouldn’t think about shopping for a fun mug while looking for office supplies and if I stumbled upon one I most likely wouldn’t justify the expense. But that’s the rad thing about Desk Stash, they bring me a great mix of products to keep me productive AND entertained. After all, work doesn’t have to be boring.
