I have never been a huge accessory or jewelry person but, recently I’ve been trying to change that. Mostly because I see all my friends wearing these beautiful pieces, and I really want to do the same. I got my ears pierced again in 2014, and while I am not great at wearing earrings, I now have some beautiful jewelry items to wear and show off!

Jewlybox has two options for their quarterly subscriptions. You can choose to receive 3 pieces or 5 pieces (Jewly Platinum) in your box which I thought was really nice.  The pricing for these boxes depends on which items you choose, so it’s completely customizable for your pricing preference and what you want to be in your box! Jewlybox also asks you a few questions to help match you with accessories that fit your lifestyle, personality, and style.

I love that they name their jewelry pieces after customers and influential women! Strong women deserve recognition, so I found this to be really inspiring.

Below are the items that we received in our box!

Aren’t these earrings beautiful? I don’t think I’d be drawn to these if I was out shopping, but, I can already imagine several clothing items I have that would match these perfectly. Even though they aren’t studded earrings, which I am more used to, I also don’t find them to be particularly flashy which is important to me, as someone who isn’t a huge accessory person to begin with.

I also want to point out how delightful the packaging was for each accessory. I was immediately drawn to how much time they’ve put into curating their boxes.

This was the second pair of earrings that I received. I know that this pair will be absolutely perfect for a night out on the town, or for a special occasion like a wedding or a date night. I love the sparkle of them, and if I was out and about shopping, this would definitely be a style of earring I would want to purchase.

This was the third and final piece that I got in the box. I wasn’t really sure when I first saw this bracelet in the box. Besides watches, I don’t really wear many bracelets. Mostly because, if I am being honest, they kind of annoy me when I’m typing at work and they get in the way. I also have long hair, and for some unknown reason, the universe decides that it wants me to constantly get bracelets caught up in it.

This particular bracelet is kind of perfect though, because it’s dainty, and it doesn’t get in the way.  I like that it’s also very versatile and I can wear it with all different kinds of styles. I think it would match beautifully with a little black dress or a more casual outfit like jeans and an oversized sweater in this chilly fall weather.

Overall, I thought this was box was perfect for me to start building my accessory collection again. I used to love wearing necklaces and bracelets all the time, so this box was a great match for me so I have more options for accessories to wear. I was a little nervous when I first received the box, because, unfortunately, I can be kind of picky about jewelry but, overall I really loved this box. The message behind the company is really great too, and I always appreciate when companies take time to make their mission known. I think any jewelry or accessory fanatic out there, will love this box – and I definitely recommend you give them a try!
