I feel like this box could not have come at a better time for us than it did this month. We were so lucky to have won this box as a price through Posh & Peachy’s Instagram. (Go follow her if you haven’t already – she has a ton of awesome giveaways!)  It’s been an exhausting couple of months for me, so I’m so happy that I received some more amazing bath products to try out and let you know how much I liked them! The owner of Bath Bevy also is a veteran which is always close to me, seeing that my husband is one as well, so I’m happy to help support her in any way I can.

Sweet & Fluffy Cotton Candy Candle – Once Upon a Candle

I was immediately drawn to this item when I first opened the box and thought to myself, “Dang, this smells so good!” I am a huge lover of cotton candy but, Abby got to try this out since I know cotton candy is her jam. She told me it smelled absolutely delightful, and it instantly filled her room with the smell of cotton candy! She will definitely continue to use this in the future and enjoy the nostalgia aroma it brings. I also love that I received a cute pack of matches to go with the candle (unfortunately I forgot to snap an individual picture, but you can see one in the full view of the box). It was really thoughtful that these were put into the box so that way you didn’t have to worry about searching for some if you didn’t have any on hand!

 

Shirley Temple Aloe Gel – Bath Bevy 

I really loved the way this made my skin feel! At first glance, I wasn’t too sure, timing-wise, when it was best-to put this product on but, after I got out of the shower, I put a little bit of it on my hands and rubbed it on my arms. The smell was tantalizing and sweet. It wasn’t a fake sugary scent either, so I really liked this product. I felt like it really did hydrate my skin as well. Now that summer is winding down, my skin tends to get much drier in the winter, so I’ll definitely need to keep using this product.

 

 

Giga Pet Bath Bomb – Loquita Bath Body

I don’t take baths too often unfortunately but, I decided since I got a couple of these in my box that one night I would throw one in the tub and let my feet soak. This one was the perfect item to do that with. The smells weren’t too overpowering but, it was nice enough where I really enjoyed sitting and relaxing for 20 minutes after a really long week of work. Even though it wasn’t much, it can sometimes be the littlest things that help you refocus and get energized again for another busy couple of days.

Magic 8-Ball Bath Bomb – Hip Modern Soap Company

Another really great bath bomb that I enjoyed very much and it left my skin feeling super soft. I couldn’t help but be reminded of using a Magic 8 ball when I was younger. “Yes….No…Maybe…” Who else remembers using this item in elementary or middle school to find out if their crush liked them back?

Disco Ball Blackberry Amber Bath Bomb – Fairytale Bath Company 

I love blackberries so I knew immediately I was going to love this bath bomb. The smell was so good, and it made it extremely easy to relax (which if I’m being honest, isn’t the easiest for myself!). I will probably end up buying more of this one since it was my favorite one. Once I got into the tub, I didn’t want to get out!

 

 

Beverly Hills 90210 Bath and Body Oil – Whipped up Wonderful

While I liked the scent of this body oil, it’s definitely not a product that I find myself using all of the time. I’ve gotten them in gift baskets before and  I put a little bit on the drier areas of my skin before my bath and then it naturally came off while I was relaxing. Between this and the bath bombs, my skin felt so smooth!

Overall

Overall I thought this box was an absolute delight. It also reminded me how important it is to take time to do something for myself, even if it was just a quick 20-minute relaxing bath. I enjoyed using each of these products and I’m already looking into buying some more of the items. I thought that the theme was also really different (in a good way of course!) and all of the smells were really delightful.
