First and foremost, this box is working to spread kindness.  That in itself was enough to get me interested in working with their company.  I love to make people smile and random acts of kindness are always appreciated by others.  For me, it isn’t about the acknowledgment that I “did good”.   It is about knowing that sometimes people are going through more than I know.  A simple gesture could mean the world to them.  This box makes it so easy to spread kindness that anyone can do it.

Lemon Stress Ball

This stress ball is sure to brighten the day of any co-worker.  From the bright color to the adorable tag, they wouldn’t be able to stay stressed for very long.  I must note though that I ended up keeping this one, but not for myself.  I gifted this to my son.  He loves lemons and pretty much anything he can squeeze.  He named it “easy peasy, lemon squeezy”, which brought a smile to both of our faces!  Had he not kept this, it would have been a perfect gift for someone who may have a lot on their plate and could use a little something to help them de-stress.

Bath Bomb

This lavender-scented bath bomb is the perfect gift for anyone that needs to have a moment of relaxation.  And as soon as I saw it I knew who I would give it to.  For the sake of their privacy, I won’t go into many details, but the woman I gave it to deserves to have a nice relaxing bath and the opportunity to take some time for herself.  I was happy I could make that happen for her with this treatment because she truly deserves it.

Notecard Set

These colorful bird theme note cards would be a cute gift to that friend that writes the most beautiful thank you notes.  And I have just the person in mind.  She happens to be on vacation at the moment, but I know when she gets back, this will make her remember the home really is where the heart is.

Earl Grey TeaEarl Grey Tea - 8 Pouches

I love the tag on this package, “you’re TEA-riffic!”  This is a set of 8, organic, and fair trade tea bags.  I have an amazing co-worker that gifts me tea every once in a while and thought this would be a TEA-riffic way to make her smile.

Zipper Pouch

This pouch has the message “Kindness Changes Everything” printed on both sides, which is a great daily reminder to choose kindness.  I felt this is the perfect gift for a child to use as a pencil pouch or little trinkets.

Overall

I really love the concept of this box.  The cost of each gift comes out to $6.00, which seems reasonable to me, especially if you are taking into account the packaging of each gift.  Bee Kind does have an option to order a one time box, with no subscription required.  They also have an option to order that box as a gift.  I really like the idea of sending this box as a gift.  There are a few people that I know would really enjoy getting this, and I believe there’s someone out there we all know who would feel the same.

UPDATE 2/20/19 – Bee Kind seems to no longer be in business.  See other “kindness” type subscriptions here.
