Trying new skincare products has become a hobby of mine over the past year. Where before I was worried about having a bad reaction to new products and having to go into the office with a rash on my face. Working from home has allowed me to be more brave knowing that I won’t have to face anyone should the worst occur. So the more products I try with positive results, the more confident I get.
If you follow our review, you know that I recently tried some products from Life Line. Soon after that review, I switched to using the below items from Herbal Dynamics Beauty. My review is based on my experience using their products for three weeks. Read on to see all of my thoughts.
Collagenr8 Restorative, COQ10 Facial Toner – $24.00
I use a toner twice daily and follow it with a hyaluronic acid, and then moisturizer. Since this toner had the hyaluronic acid included, I was able to skip that step which was a pleasant surprise. For the past three weeks, I have applied this toner with reusable cotton rounds and followed it up with the below moisturizer. Right off the bat, I really enjoyed the fresh scent of this toner. And after each use, I was impressed at how calm and refreshed my skin looked and felt. I have noticed a slight impairment in my skin over the past couple of weeks. My pores seem to look smaller and my skin tone has seemed to even out a bit. I feel the price is a bit steep for this toner. However, when I take into account that I could stop buying hyaluronic acid, it makes a bit more sense. One suggestion to Herbal Dynamics Beauty would be to sell larger sizes so customers that fall in love with this toner don’t have to order so often. After three weeks I am almost out of the 4 ounces.
Youth Refresh, Prickly Pear Antioxidant Daily Moisturizer– $14.00
This moisturizer is one of the best that I have ever used. First, the smell is amazing, soft yet fruity. The pump bottle gives just enough product at a time so I don’t end up wasting a bunch. And my skin looked and felt incredible after each use. The tone, texture, and plumpness were just simply perfection. To top it off, this product also included hyaluronic acid (just like the above toner) so I for sure can skip that step in my skincare routine. And let’s be honest, the least amount of steps the better.  This is my new go-to moisturizer! Again, I would suggest offering larger sizes, I am scrapping the bottom after only three weeks.
Vivid Revival, Mango & Green Tea Firming Eye Mask – $20.00
I used eye cream twice a day, and shoot to do an eye mask at least every other week. However, normally I opt for the gel-type masks that you just stick on and peel off. This eye mask looked interesting with the mango and green tea combination. I used this mask twice in the past three weeks and each time really liked it. I can’t say that I noticed a huge difference in appearance. However, my eyes felt refreshed and more awake after both uses. And just like the other Herbal Dynamics Beauty products in my box, this one smelled incredible. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new eye mask to try. The container seems small but should last a long time since you don’t need to apply much product.
LipSoothe, Volumizing Lip Scrub and Mask Duo – $42.00
Two thumbs WAY up for this lip duo. Once again, the smell is delightful and the color just screams at me to use this product to practice self-care. I actually ended up using this duo four times during the past three weeks. Maybe that is a bit excessive, but I loved the way my lips looked every time and I couldn’t help it. See below for more details from the Herbal Dynamics Beauty website:

The scrub is easy to use, just put it on your lips in circular motions and then wipe it off with a soft damp cloth. Then the fun part, the volumizing mask! Going on it feels like a lotion, but gives a nice cooling feel. Within about one minute you can start to feel your lips tingling and that is how you know you are about to have some plump lips. After three minutes you can wipe off the mask with a soft, damp cloth and admire your beautiful full pout. The pair works like magic and the experience is so relaxing that I count it as my self-care for the day.  See the below before and after picture from one of the times I used these products.
Overall
I am thrilled that I found Herbal Dynamics Beauty! Their products have changed the way I look at my skincare routine. The amazing scents hooked me, but the fact that each product worked incredibly well is what will keep me as a long-term customer. And, with the exception of the toner, their price points are right on par with what I would expect to pay. My only suggestion is to offer larger sizes, as no one likes to have to order every few weeks.
