kidpik box is a fashion box for girls. I’m pretty fortunate my daughter isn’t picky about clothes yet, so I can buy what I think is cute, and what I think she will get the most use out of.  That being said, having subscription boxes out there, such as kidpik, is really awesome and helpful. One thing I loved about this box was that there are no styling fees, and if you decide to keep the entire box, you not only receive 30% off the order, but, a free top will be included in the next subscription.

kidpik makes it incredibly easy to sign up. Answer a few styling type questions, and kidpik will send clothing items that match your child’s favorite kinds of clothing.

For example, here are some of the style questions they ask:

It was super quick and easy! I was so excited to get a box for Norah after filling this out.

I loved the pamphlet insert that was included in the box. It contained the breakdown of the price of each item, as well as details on how to “check out” and keep the items my daughter liked.

Each box also comes with a prepaid return envelope to make returns and exchanges simple, easy, and affordable.

kidpik sent over a box for my three-year-old daughter, Norah. Everything about this box was so perfect for her.  They even included this cute free gift for her. Little things like this mean a lot when signing up for subscription boxes because, in my opinion, it sets companies apart from each other.

Here are the items that were included in our box

Colorblack Plaid Top, Top Falls – Retail Price: $27.50 ($19.25 if all items kept)

I love the vibrant look of this shirt. It really says “fall” to me for some reason. It’s also incredibly soft and feels very comfortable. Once the weather stays cool for a while, I know Norah will love wearing this shirt.

Foil Dog Tee, kidpick cream – Retail Price: $12.50 ($8.75 if all items kept)

I really love this shirt and think it’s so incredibly cute. Norah’s first reaction to this was that she loved the doggy on her shirt and couldn’t wait to wear it. I’m kind of a sucker for logotype shirts like this.

Denim Shirt Dress, Memphis Wash – Retail Value $32.50 ($22.75 if all items kept)

I think this was probably the only item that I did not like in the box. Style-wise, I really liked it and felt it would be so incredibly cute to wear. However, the denim material is incredibly stiff. I know that I personally would not be comfortable wearing something like this all day and I don’t think Norah would either. We will still give it a try but, at first glance, it’s definitely not something I would pick out for her.

5 Pocket Knit Pant, kidpik Navy – Retail Value $19.50 ($13.65 if all items kept)

I feel like Norah is constantly growing so I am always looking for great deals on pants to buy her. However, I still want them to be strong and durable, and these pants checked off all those boxes. These will be perfect for Norah going into preschool and will also get many uses.

Skinny Jeans, fir wash – Retail Value $22.50 ($15.75 if all items kept)

These pants also felt a little bit stiff and I’m not too sure if Norah will like wearing them. Luckily she isn’t too picky so I think we will be okay. I’m hoping after a wash or two that they become a little bit softer and not as stiff feeling. All that being said, I still loved the style and look of them.

Patent side zip sneak, white – Retail Value $29.50 ($20.65 if all items kept)

Are these shoes not the most adorable shoes you’ve ever seen? Not only do they sparkle but, they are bright, bold, and vibrant. The gold color really stands out and I love the zipper on the side. kidpik really knocked it out of the park by sending these over. I can’t wait for Norah to get to wear these around town or when she goes off to preschool.

Twisted Hem Tee, Lychee – Retail Value $15.50 ($10.85 if all items kept)

I also love this shirt. I love the twisted hem and how fashionable it is. I think kid’s clothing is so much cuter these days, and I was absolutely loving the style of this shirt.  The color is so vibrant and bold and even though there’s not a logo or anything on the shirt, it stands out in its own unique way. Norah really loved it as well.

Overall Thoughts

Overall I felt like this box was suited very well for Norah. I appreciated not having to spend a ton of time describing her style, but, kidpik still gathering enough information to send clothes that she likes. I really like that they sent a variety of items, and again, I’m still so thrilled with the shoes they sent over for her! By taking advantage of the 30% off discount, this box would have cost $111.65. That’s not bad considering how many items the box contained. The merchandise total came to $159.50 so a grand total of $47.85 savings.

With the kids back in school now, saving nearly $50 on all these high-quality items would have been a huge blessing. I would not call myself frugal or cheap but, with how quickly Norah goes through clothes I tend not to buy anything expensive. It just doesn’t make sense, so saving that much would have been extremely helpful. I definitely recommend you give kidpik a try!
