While this isn’t a branded box, the white against this super cool packing tape caught my attention right away.  Immediately I was excited to see what was inside.

The fun bright colors continued on to the insert inside the box.  I appreciated how Relaxology detailed each product in the box and also listed what company it came from.  It would have been really nice to have the websites for each company listed on here as well.

Natural Desires, Charcoal Black Sugar Scrub

I never tire of getting sugar scrubs in subscription boxes.  This Charcoal Black Scrub from Natural Desires is at the top of my favorite scrubs list.  It left my skin very smooth without the greasy mess afterward.  As the company name suggests, they make their products with natural ingredients and are always 100% chemical free.  The eco-friendly glass container is another huge bonus as I am trying to get away from single-use products.  Word to the wise, this scrub did briefly dye my skin and tub, which is to be expected with a charcoal based product.

Turquoise Anchor, Creme Brulee Body Lotion

Once I saw what scent this lotion was, I knew it would be for me.  I love lotions that smell like sweet treats.  This lotion is super thick making it feel very luxurious.  The only issue I had with this product was the bottle wasn’t all the way full; it was almost a fifth of the way gone when I opened it.  I think it only bothered me because I love it so much I want every last drop.  Needless to say, I will be ordering more of this lotion!

Yippe & Co, Sparkling Pomegranate Bubbling Bath Salts

I thought these would be like a bubble bath, however, it was more like a crushed up bath bomb.  Since the particles were so small, you had to really pay attention to see them bubbling at all.  However, the overall scent of this product was fabulous.  I used these for a foot soak and it left my feet nice and hydrated.  While looking at other items on their Etsy I noticed a couple of products I would love to try someday.

Yippe & Co, Strawberry Luscious Lip Balm

Since I’m always losing my chapsticks, getting a new one is always welcomed.  I like the mild smell of strawberry of this balm from Yippe & Co.  My lips felt very hydrated from using this product, although I felt it was a little on the greasy side, yet that also made it last a little longer than other balms that I’ve tried.

Moon Raven Alley, Creamsicle 100% Natural Soy Candle

I haven’t actually burned this yet as I want to display how charming it is a little longer.  I will update this review once I have lit it.  Creamsicle is such a fun scent, especially going into Spring!  Again, I’m a huge fan of the reusable glass container.

Stoney River, Patchouli Orange Handcrafted Soap

If you have read my past reviews, you know that I have been switching to bar soaps as an easy way to cut out some plastic from my home.  However, my family hasn’t been as on board as I have been with bar soaps.  I’m thinking that is because a lot of the scents I use are on the sweeter side.  Nevertheless, I put this on the soap dish to see if my husband and son would give it a go.  To my surprise, they used this soap and actually told me that they really loved it.  I’m not sure if the scent is just more of their style or if they were intrigued by the bright colors.  Either way, I’m happy they are coming around.

Simplicity Teas, Lady Lavender Herbal Tea & Heart Infuser

How cute is this infuser and tea vial?  I am obsessed with both items.  I have actually been meaning to try the Simplicity Teas subscription box so I was super excited to get some of their tea in this box.  Normally, I not a huge fan of lavender tea, however, this one is the perfect flavor.  These items are the perfect products to display in my coffee/tea bar.  My only misgiving with the infuser is that it does feel a little on the fragile side and I could see how it might get bent if you aren’t gentle with it.  I will be sure to keep it out of reach of my son to be on the safe side.

Overall

I can’t say enough great things about the Relaxology Self Care Box.  The fact that they feature small businesses and are helping subscribers remember to take care of themselves is impressive.  It is obvious that they are choosing items that are of high quality to produce the best curation possible.  I will use and love every product in this subscription box.   I think this is the perfect box to buy for yourself or even give as a thoughtful gift.
