This month’s theme of The Introverted Chick is “I <3 Strong Women!” which I absolutely adore! As a self-proclaimed feminist, nothing makes me happier than to see strong women and seeing women support other women.

Check out this month’s unboxing video:

Now let’s see what was inside the box at a closer look!

As you can see, there were a lot of goodies in this month’s box. I’m also really loving the cards that were included in the box.

I mean, this quote could not be more true about myself personally. If you’re a true introvert yourself, you really understand how exhausting being around people all the time can be. In my profession, I’m constantly working with people. I don’t mean this as a complaint but, I need mental time alones to recover and find myself being really tired for no reason if I don’t get those breaks.

I also like reading the ‘Meet your Maker’ insert that’s always included in the box. This month features Nicole Sanders of Ladimax Lifestyle Underground. I like her advice and take on being an introvert verse an extrovert in her business. Also included in the box was a month free to use her app! I know I need to take on being more active again, so this was very nice to have in the box.

“Here’s to Strong Women…” Magnet – Retail Value $8.95

I love this quote so much. It might be cheesy to some but, in my own personal opinion, there is really something to be said for cheering on other women and building them up to be strong. Every person has their own individual strengths and so often we as women feel the need to compare ourselves to other women. So instead of comparing myself to others, I choose to think positively and to give others compliments and remind them of their own individual beauty when I can.

Dark Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Marshmallows, Smashmallows – Retail Value $5.00

Honestly, I found myself being a little iffy on these at first. For one, I am not a huge fan of this combination and I really don’t find myself reaching for any kind of fruit-flavored chocolate combinations. However, I’m glad I gave these a chance because they are very good. These would taste amazing in either s’mores or in a nice cup of hot cocoa. Or perhaps just to eat during a toddler’s meltdown on one of those days…

Wonder Woman Travel Mug – Estimated Retail Value $13.00

I thought this mug was absolutely adorable upon first glance! First off, I love DC Comics, and Wonder Woman has always been a favorite of mine. I also think just her notoriety that women can do anything and we can be our own kind of superhero has always stuck with me. I love having tons of travel mugs on me so I can take coffee or some other kind of beverage with me when I hit the road.

Galam Restore Mini Band Kit – Retail Value $10.00

These resistance bands are perfect to keep around whenever someone wants to be active but, isn’t able to get outside or hit the gym. Resistance bands have a lot of redeeming qualities such as the ability to activate muscles, increase mobility, strengthen areas of the body, and help stretch out muscles either on their own or to use with other exercises. While I have not used these yet, I’ve used other bands in the past and found them to be quite helpful. If you go on YouTube for workout ideas, many of the exercises call for the use of resistance bands to help get a workout in while not leaving the home. This ties in perfectly with the theme of strong women!

Warm Fuzzy Socks, Sock Smith – Estimated Retail Value $8.00

I have so many socks but, I never say no to a new pair. Recently I went through my sock drawer and got rid of some of these ones I’ve kept around forever. I love the feeling of putting on a nice soft and fuzzy pair on a cold day. These ones are definitely a pair to keep around for that kind of day! I couldn’t find this exact pair online but, if you look at Sock Smith’s website – they have a ton of cute ones!

Foldable Mini Box, Meori – Retail Value $12.99

I love little organizers like this. Not only is this one the perfect size to keep at my desk for work but, I love this design and the pink hearts tie in nicely with February for Valentine’s Day. Pink happens to be my favorite color so this was ideal for me. I could also see myself using this to organize something in my daughter’s room later on if I want to switch things up. It folds up super easy too, so it’s not a hassle to carry back and forth between places. The insert also mentions you can use a damp sponge to clean if it gets dirty.

“I Like My Women Like I Like My Coffee…Strong”, Javaroasters – Estimated Retail Value $5.00

Mmm, coffee. And strong coffee too! I love the name of this blend and how it not only ties in with the theme but, it’s a perfect item to receive in an introvert box. I love sipping coffee on the weekends in the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the opportunity to try this yet since I now only have a Keurig machine at my house but, I do plan to bring it into work and enjoy one day.

Empowermints – Retail Value $4.95

These mints are perfect to keep in my purse for a way to freshen up after a meal. I don’t carry around a large purse, so this item was very much welcomed when I saw it in the box. I also love that there is a Rosie the Riveter theme on the front. This iconic message always brings a smile to my face and will help empower me to feel better when I don’t have the opportunity to brush my teeth somewhere.

Stoneware Heart Dish – Estimated Value $6.00

This heart-shaped dish is the perfect item to store a ring or small jewelry. I don’t tend to wear jewelry often but, I love decorating my home with items like this. Plus, the bonus chocolate that was placed in the dish was a very nice touch! I usually fill them with something so I’ll have to think of what to put in it. Maybe some candy for next Valentine’s Day, or just decorate with it all on its own. I also was not able to find this exact one online but, I found similar ones for the value listed above.

Overall Thoughts

Overall I found this month’s theme to be very cohesive and charming. I love how each item was perfectly tied back to the theme of “I <3 Strong Women!”. I find that The Introverted Chick is very good at doing that and I’m very impressed with her ability to make her subscription so unique and wonderful like that. I am not the most creative person, so I really like that about her. Sometimes I do find myself thinking that there may be too much packed into this subscription. However,  my own preference is to receive fewer items but, make the items that I do receive worth a little bit more so I still feel like I’m getting my money worth. It probably stems from the fact that I don’t live in a large home, and therefore don’t like to have a lot of random things lying around.
