This month’s theme was “Back To Cool”.  Also included in the box was this helpful, double-sided product card.  Each item was listed along with detailed information along with coupon codes for two of the products.

Nush Foods – Banana Nut Cake

Retail Value: $2.99

Nutritional Info: Carbs (2g Net), Sugar (1g), Gluten Free, Organic. Sweetened with erythritol, monk fruit

The consistency and smell of this bar were pretty good and reminded me of actual banana bread, although, taste wise it really was not my favorite. I definitely could taste the banana in it, which was really good, but the aftertaste was not that good. It was almost an overly fake taste, which I think could possibly be from the erythritol or maybe the almond flour. Overall, for a keto snack, it was decent but, not something I would go out of my way to purchase.

Stoka Nutrition – Vanilla Almond Bar

Retail Value: $2.99 x 2 = $5.98

Nutritional Info: Carbs (4g net), Protein (9g), Fat (23g), Gluten Free, Sweetened with Erythitol and Stevia Leaf Extract.

This month Sleek Treat doubled one item in each of the boxes they sent out.  I was ecstatic that our double item was the Stoka bar.  I had tried the Stoka Coco Almond bar in a past Sleek Treat box and loved it.  However, Noelle hadn’t gotten a chance to try it last time around so I was happy to get an extra bar to share with her.  We both agree these bars are delicious. Once you start snacking on it, I promise you, you will not want to stop! It also is really filling and satisfied that sweet and crunchy texture we both have been missing.  We actually already bought a box to share via Amazon.

Sencha Green Tea Mints – Cacao Coconut

Retail Value: $1.95

Nutritional Info: Carbs (0g), Protein (0g), Fat (0g),  Gluten Free, Vegan, Non GMO

I love that Sleek Treat includes a pocket-sized item in its boxes.  Normally I can expect gum, mints, or candy that can tuck into my purse.  That is always handy since I’m a mom on the go and love that I can be prepared all the time.  These mints are beautifully crafted.  I will say this, it took some time to get used to the flavor.  After about the third day of trying a mint, I was able to appreciate the flavor of it.  They are not bad by any means, however, they do have a very unique taste.  I can’t say I would go out of my way to buy these again, but if I got them in another box I wouldn’t be upset either.

Fat Snax Cookies – Lemony Lemon

Retail Value: $3.83

Nutritional Info: Carbs (1g net), Protein (2g), Fat (8 g),  Gluten Free

If you know me, you know lemon is one of my favorite flavors, and extra points if you also know deserts are my absolute weakness.  So when I find a lemon dessert that I can eat while on KETO…I’m all in!  I was so excited to try it that I ripped this baby open before even looking at the ingredients.  The first bite of this cookie did throw me off a bit.  Once I checked the ingredients and realized it was made with almond flour I was able to appreciate the texture.  By the third bite, I was sold.  The cookies are nice and soft and melt in your mouth.  I will be buying these again in the future.

Detour Simple – Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Almond

Retail Value: $1.22

Nutritional Info: Carbs (7g Net), Protein (10g), Sugar (2g), Fiber (4g), Gluten Free, Non GMO

Protein bars are always a hard one for me.  Generally, they leave that protein powder taste in my mouth.  This one was actually pretty good though.  It tasted like a candy bar and I really liked the prominent sea salt flavor.

Shrewd Food – Protein Crisps Baked Cheddar

Retail Value: $1.78

Nutritional Info: Carbs (2g), Protein (14g), Fat (3g), Gluten Free, Non GMO

I have tried the pizza-flavored Shrewd Protein crisps in a past Sleek Treat box as well as a  Sugar Smart Box.  So I was excited to try another flavor of these crisps.  The baked cheddar flavor tastes exactly what you would expect it to taste like.  I would describe it as a cheese puff with a hint of protein powder.  The protein taste isn’t overwhelming but you can tell it is there.  These are great for anyone that gets the craving for chips or salty snacks.  I still like the pizza flavor the best though and plan on buying a box of those in the future.

Overall

This is our third box from Sleek Treat and we can still proudly say that they are one of our favorite snack boxes.  I love that they offer a variety of snacks in each box.  Typically you can expect to get a sweet treat, protein bar, candy, mints/gum, and a salty snack.  I have already ordered more of a lot of the products that I found out through these boxes.  The overall value of this month’s box is lower than the monthly cost if you are buying one month at a time.  If you are going to subscribe I would recommend that you get a longer plan to bring that price point down.  Also, use the coupon below to get even more savings.  Happy snacking!
