I never used to be a watch person up until the last couple of years. Now when I don’t wear one, my wrist feels totally naked! In the past, I was always used to looking at my cell phone for the time but, now I prefer to glance down at my watch instead, and I also love showing it off as an accessory. Ironically, last month I was going to a wedding and I thought to myself “I don’t really have a watch that I can wear with my dress that matches.” However, now I know of an amazing company that can help fix that for me. Wristbabe, I immediately became excited. How awesome is it that you can receive a new watch (and also a bracelet) each month, for only $29?
One thing that is also really awesome about Wristbabe is that each person does not receive the same watch each month. When you first sign up, you take a quick style survey that helps a stylist pick out the right watch for you. Don’t like something? No problem – you have the option to mention that! Do you have a love for rose gold? You can mention that as well! A couple of the questions are multiple-choice but, there’s also a section to write out more details which I really thought set the bar high for other companies. In the past I’ve gotten some questionable accessories from other subscription boxes but, you can rest assure that your stylist will take good care of you. I also noticed of their website if for some reason your watch is not your style, you can send them a note and they will keep that in mind so their fashionistas will send you something different or not a similar watch you received in the past. That also stood out to me that they want to give each subscriber a good experience.
The watch we received is absolutely beautiful! I did not recognize the brand of the watch (Shenkage) but, it still appears to be of really nice quality, and I will for sure get some good usage out of it. I’m absolutely in love with the color of it as well. If I was out and about shopping I probably would not have picked it up to look at or buy. Mostly because I tend to have more neutral color items and prefer those looks. However, thanks to Wristbabe, now I have a watch that isn’t my normal style but, I still really like it, and I can’t wait to wear all the time. I found myself already thinking about outfits that I would wear with it when I was filming the short video a few weeks ago. In my opinion, you could definitely pair this watch with either a more casual look, or with a fancy cocktail dress!
My overall thought is I’ve been incredibly impressed so far with Wristbabe and the item that we received. Wristbabe just launched its first box in early September, but, I can tell they are going to do well. Their customer service is excellent, and you can tell how much thought went into how they would curate each box and make it a special experience for each subscriber. You really can’t ask for more when you sign up for a monthly subscription! I also want to point out again that each month you receive personalized items. Many subscription boxes send bulk items out, but, with Wristbabe each watch is handpicked per your style and preferences.
