I really appreciated the nice thank you card we received for the owner! It’s always a nice touch to get something like this within a box.

Bliss ‘Eye Got This’ Holographic Foil Eye Masks – Retail Value $3.99

I forgot to snap a picture of me using this product last night but, it was a huge hit! I loved the way they felt on my eyes, and even if they didn’t look brighter underneath, I felt like my eyes were really smooth underneath. I was just complaining to Abby the day before how dry my eyes felt underneath and it was noticeable with the matte foundation I was using. By using this product, it smoothed them out and I felt my makeup application went on much better the next day! I plan to pick some more of these up, next time I am at Target.

Too Faced, Melted Latex in Unicorn Tears – Retail Value $10.00

Too Faced is one of my favorite brands so I was happy to see this in the box. I love the way these lipsticks look and are pretty partial to them. I own several of the other colors and I wear them pretty often. They definitely can last a long time and the color takes a while to wear off, so that’s really one of the reasons why I love them.

Cherry Chree Kiss & Tell Creamy Lipstick

As you can see these come in a pack of 5 so I did not indicate a retail value. I wasn’t a huge fan of this product. The color wasn’t my style and the smell was pretty off-putting for me personally. I don’t think they’re necessarily bad lipsticks though, just not a personal fit for me. I like that they’re affordable too because often lipsticks can get pretty pricy!

Feel Free, Anti-Aging Serum   –Estimated Retail Value $17.00

This serum is anti-aging and moisturizing face serum. It claims to moisturize the skin and promote the production of elastin and collagen. It also balances tones and reduces expression lines. I haven’t used it enough to say if this is true but, it did not break out my skin and the smell was rather pleasant. I also like this it’s organic and certified bio skincare which isn’t always the easiest to find. One thing that I was kind of disappointed in, although not a huge deal, is that the box it came in had a previous sticker on it, so when I was unboxing everything, the paper stuck all to it, so it was messy on the outside. Again, not a huge deal since you throw the box away but, if I received and wanted to give it as a gift, it wouldn’t look that nice.

Manna Kadar Trifecta Eyebrow, Eye & Cheek – Retail Value Estimated $17.00

This is a bit smaller than the normal size you can purchase on Manna Kadar Cosmetic’s site but, I found a similar size online for the retail value estimate. While this color will not match my brows, I plan to keep it as an eyeshadow. It’s a nice neutral color that could be used as a transition shade and it’s pretty pigmented so that’s a win in my book! It’s also, once again, cruelty-free so I’m happy to try this brand out since I’ve never purchased anything from them before.

Overall Thoughts

Overall I felt the value of the box was lacking a bit. I was a bit disappointed to receive 2 different lip products, especially with one of them having come from a set of them. Also, as I mentioned, it was kind of disappointing the serum box came messily from a sticker that was previously on it.  However, I felt there were positives to the box. I really like how the box does have makeup, skincare, and other beauty items in it and doesn’t stick to just one specific item or the other. Also, just as my own personal opinion, I like receiving the 5 items verses the ton of items that came in the previous box that was reviewed in April, so that was a definite positive change in the box that I really appreciated. I also love the new look of the box.  The dark background with the design pops out so nicely, and I think Bare Terre did a wonderful job on that for their branding as it stood out a lot to me.
