The Summertime Sunsets theme this month was the perfect way to kick off July! Included in our box was a very handy insert that listed all products and information on each item.

Kneipp, Body Wash, Summer Mood – Retail Value: $14.99

What a perfect scent for summertime!  I tend to steer clear of body washes with fragrance due to my sensitive skin.  However, I had to give this a try.  It lathered very nice and the scent wasn’t overbearing.  I am very happy with this product.

Kneipp, Bubbling Mineral Bath Salt – Retail Value $5.00

Since this box was so packed full, I wanted to space out my use of some of the products.  I choose to hold onto this one until a later date and will update this review once I have tested these bath salts.  I can tell you the scent is wonderful!

Spongelle, Papaya Yuzu Spongette – Retail Value: $9.00

I have been wanted to try a Spongelle for a few years now.  Every time I have received one they have been in scents that I just can’t enjoy (mainly floral scents).  Needless to say, I was stoked to get this one and finally see what the fuss is about.  Basically, this is a loofa that is infused with body wash.  The hype didn’t let me down, I love this product and will be ordering more in the future!

Lilac Luxe Bar Soap  – Estimated Retail Value: $6.00

Floral scents are not something that excites me so I ended up gifting this to a good friend.  I can, however, vouch for the quality of Bath Blessing’s handmade soaps.  I’m still using the one from their June box and am a mega fan of that one.

Bath Bombs – Estimated Retail Value: $16.00

This month’s box included two bath bombs, Summer Sunset & Sunset Citrus Sage.  One of the bombs came a bit crunched up due to shipping, but I was able to salvage the crumbs and still use those in a bath.  These bath bombs have nice scents that aren’t overpowering.  The only thing I would like to see in the future is them to be labeled, even their scent or name on a small label would be appreciated.

Lavender Body Butter Souffle – Estimated Retail Value: $12.00

Again, I’m not a fan of floral scents.  The lavender fragrance on this body butter was very strong so I didn’t attempt to put it on my skin, in fear of getting a migrane.  The texture looked very nice and creamy though.  I have gifted this to a friend of mine in hopes she will love it.

Overall

I really love the theme that Bath Blessing curates each month.  This month the summer theme was recognizable both with the scents they choose and the bright colors of all the products.  The wide variety of products is also very much appreciated.  Even though there were two items I ended up giving away, I still felt very spoiled by this box.  And the value is well over the price of the box for the second month in a row.

Try Bath Blessing today!
