I’m not one that hops on the whole ‘New Year, New Me’ bandwagon.  I tend to simply change what isn’t working in my life at the time I notice a problem.  That being said, I have recently noticed an old habit of unhealthy eating creeping back into my life.  Maybe it is a fluke because of the holidays, or maybe it is part of a bigger issue.  Either way, what I’m doing isn’t working at the moment so let’s give this New Years’ resolution a shot.  I have decided to jump on the Noom program to help me get back on track.

Since they offer a 14 day trial of their program for only $1, I have decided to give it a go and see if they can help me out.  I’m excited to see how I do on this program!  I like that Noom is designed to teach me to eat healthily and stay active, without telling me what I can’t eat!  My hope is that once I’m on the right track my life will stay in line with the information that I learn through this program.

Another great thing is Noom offers a weekly check-in with a health coach.  If this isn’t your kind of thing, subscribers may ask them to check in less frequently. I really love how they take all of that into consideration to help people achieve their goals by what works best for them.
