It’s so strange to think summer is already here and flying by. While I tend to enjoy the autumn season more than summer (we have beautiful fall weather in some of the fall months in Seattle) once the rain leaves, we are truly blessed in Seattle with the gorgeous blue days that July & August bring us.

For our June Box, we decided to go with “The Christopher”. I love the look of the box and it instantly put me in a good mood as I began thinking of the warm days ahead of us. On top of the pandemic, having rainy and dreary days has gotten to me so this box brought me a little sunshine to help make my day better.

It was nice to have this little insert in the box! While I love and appreciate just having a digital one for environmental purposes, but,  sometimes it’s nice to quickly be reminded of all the goodies you’re getting! It also appears Sprezzabox has a surprise coming up and to stay tuned.

Also included in the box were some coupons. I mean, I don’t know about you but, I love saving money! So I always enjoy seeing these in their boxes. I’m actually very intrigued about the razors since well, it is summer and I can’t hide my legs anymore!

Now let’s check out what came in “The Christopher” Box.

Grey & White Tie, Spier & Mackay – Retail Value $35

Reading the description of Spier & Mackay instantly brought a smile to my face. They believe in bringing luxury without having to pay crazy prices for good, quality items. Nobody wants to pay crazy inflated prices, so why would you if you can find high-quality items that Spier & Mackay offer? I don’t wear ties but, I imagine how insanely expensive it could add up if wearing one daily was a requirement for a job. I love how the stripes have such a classic look. The quality of the tie also feels really nice and well made. This tie also seems like a perfect summer tie in my opinion. Even though things are so different this year and we all won’t be attending large events (or I hope many do not plan to), this is a good one to hold on to for when those events start rolling in again.

Sprezza Socks – Retail Value $12

I may be a bit bias but, honestly, Sprezza makes some of my favorite socks. While I probably won’t wear these for a bit, I love how they have a fun design but, it’s nothing crazy so I can wear them with different clothing items. I’ve yet to receive a pair of Sprezza socks that I don’t like. They always feel comfortable and so many of them have such classic looks that pair so well with a suit and tie. Everyone I’ve gifted a pair to loves them as well!

Pocket Square, Bedford & Broome – Retail Value $18.00

I love the look of this item and it very durable and not cheaply made. The green accents with the white designs and the dark blue background compliment each other well. While it’s not a plain pocket square, it stills gives off a classic vibe to me which I really like. I can even picture something like this worn in a wedding party! (Unfortunately, I was not able to find this item online but, check out other pocket squares by Sprezza here).

Cord Wrap, Kiko – Retail Value $25.00

This is one of those inventions that you really don’t understand how useful it is until you own it. I know Amazon and other companies have a bunch of tech gadgets for cord wraps but, I’ve never really thought to purchase one. I realize now just how much I need one! One thing that sets this apart from some others is how convenient it is to put multiple cords in different pockets and then slip it into a bag for travel, on the go, or tuck it away for storage purposes. While I may not be traveling at the moment, I can’t wait to use this in the future. Also even though it feels and looks like leather, it’s actually not made out of animal products and is quoted as animal-free. I could not find this exact design online but, they have one that is very comparable, here.

Stay Classy Flask, Sprezza – Retail Value $10.00

Well, it will probably be of no shock to know this what my favorite item in the box. I am not much of a hard alcohol drinker but, I very much dislike spending $10-15 on a watered-down alcoholic beverage when I’m out. So I have a feeling this will come in handy. The matte black finish looks really nice. I also love the “Stay Classy” logo on it! Sprezza nailed it with that.

Overall Thoughts

Overall I really did enjoy this box. I like how it came with 2 some-what “unique” (for a lack of a word) items. Sprezzabox offers such a great variety in all their boxes. Most likely subscribers will receive a tie, sock, or maybe both each month but, some months it’s cool gadgets, other months it’s grooming tools, and some months it’s helpful items like a flask to get through tough times! Plus, for the price, you seriously cannot beat the price of this subscription. Here is a quick break down of the items and their value:

  • Neck Tie: $35.00
  • Socks: $12.00
  • Pocket Square: $18.00
  • Cord Holder: $25.00
  • Flask: $10.00

That brings the total value of this box to $100! For only $28.00 it seems pretty obvious why Sprezzabox is such a great box to receive every month!
