One of the coolest things about Breo Box is that it comes in this incredibly cool wood box. I absolutely love this and plan to reuse it somehow.
In my own opinion, that really does set the bar high for quality and it felt like all the items in the box were secure and did not have room to move around and risk becoming damaged.
As mentioned above, Breo Box is a quarterly subscription box. You can plan to pay every quarter for $159.00 or sign up for a full year of boxes which brings the average price of each box down to $144.75. I also think it’s neat you can make a one time purchase for yourself, or as a gift, before committing to the subscription.
After taking a quick peek at previous boxes, I knew this one would be packed with just as many goodies as the other ones!
As you can see, Breo Box really filled this month’s box full of good stuff!

THAT! Inventions ScoopTHAT! Li’l Dipper – Retail Value $19.00
Any gadget that can help scoop out ice cream easier, is good in my book. I was thinking that perhaps this scoop got warm to scoop out ice cream easier but, it actually does not change the heat and is not electronic. The magnetic build of the material it’s made out of, which is forged aluminum, helps scoop out ice cream with ease. For some reason, this really impresses me! I also love that it does not bend and is very durable. I’m sure you all know that bent spoon struggle when trying to scoop out some fresh from the freezer ice cream! My only real “complaint” and even then it’s not one is that I wish it was a little bit bigger so I could scoop it out quicker. However, it does the job very well.
BlenderBottle® Radian™ Insulated Stainless Steel Shaker – Retail Value $25.00
I’ve used BlenderBottle’s in the past and always loved having them around for protein shakes, or even just to use as a water bottle. However, this one is a bit different in that it is insulated and stainless steel. It also claims to keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours. Impressive!
Now for some, the insulated part might not be a big deal but, I really like to keep my drinks super cold. I’m a huge fan of ice and I love making my pre-workout drinks in a blender bottle. I can confirm that this awesome shaker cup kept my drink not only cold and refreshing but, I also cleaned it out and used it as a water bottle over the weekend and it really did keep my water ice-cold for a very long period! I’ll definitely plan to keep using this in the future and may consider purchasing a second one to have around.
Dodow Sleep Aid Device – Retail Value $60.00
I wouldn’t necessarily call myself an insomniac, but, I do suffer from occasional sleep issues. This mostly comes from anxiety and struggling to turn my mind off at night. That’s why I knew this product could possibly be the show stopper in the box for me.
I love that batteries were included in the box, as well as information on the founders of this product. If you haven’t heard of Dodow Sleep Aid Device, it’s designed to help you fall asleep faster and easy anxiety and stress that prevents a person from falling asleep. This makes it pretty much perfect for me.

Dodow comes with 2 different options/settings; 8-minute timer or 20-minute timer.
I tried it with both settings and at first, I needed the 20-minute setting to help me fall asleep. As odd as this may sound, it took me a bit of “practice” to get used to the breathing techniques. I found myself getting somewhat distracted by the blue light and it did not come as natural to me as I had hoped to just breathe and concentrate on sleeping. Soon that blue light (pictured below) became a quick source of comfort for me, the more and more, I used it.
The past couple of nights, I can happily report I’ve been using the 8-minute setting and I’ve fallen asleep before that’s even over! Now, whether it’s a coincidence, or it’s really working, is beside the point because I feel like I now I have a technique that confidently helps me sleep better at night.
OXO Good Grips Cold Brew Coffee Maker – Retail Value $50.00
I don’t care what the temperature is outside. I want cold or iced coffee. Sorry but, that’s just how I roll. So, of course, I was very excited to see this item in the box.
This cold brew system comes with all the parts necessary to make some delicious cold brew coffee. One thing that I want to point out is the cold brew system isn’t necessarily a quick or fast process. The recommendation is at least 12 hours to brew and allow the coffee to sit before consuming. I did not try the coffee before the 12 hours was up, so I cannot say if letting it sit longer makes the coffee taste better but, I used my normal ground up coffee and was impressed with just how flavorful it turned out. I always make it in the evening, and then it’s ready to drink by the time I wake up and need to leave my house or enjoy on a day off.
There are also some paper filters included within the box since some people may prefer to get the oils out of the beans prior to making a cold brew. I did not use them so I can’t say if they work that well or not but, overall I felt like this was a very good cup of coffee. I added my ice and normal coffee creamer and was ready to conquer the day!
I do want to quickly add that I suggest reading all the directions prior to brewing! I’m glad I did this or else I may have ended up with a huge mess.
Ekho Sports & Action Waterproof Camera – Retail Value $99.00
Since this is my first Breo Box, I wasn’t sure what kind of electronics would be in the box so, needless to say, I was very happy to see such a cool product included!
I’m not really a fast pace kind of person, and I don’t find myself needing to shoot any action shots but, I was still excited to get this camera and test it out.
I love that it comes with many mounting accessories to use so one doesn’t have to worry about the camera flying off during action takes. I’ve seen some crazy YouTube videos and always wondered how someone’s camera or smartphone didn’t end up as a pile of broken pieces. This must be how.
I also love that it can connect to WiFi for easy uploading! Anyone who remembers the struggle of connecting a cord to a computer, and uploading photos the ‘old fashion way’ will definitely appreciate this. Download an app on your smartphone, and you can view your photos and videos right away.
One thing I don’t know if I would suggest although, as you can see from above, it does come with a waterproof case, is taking this underneath the water or using it too close to large bodies of water. On Ekho’s official site I did not see anything confirming you can do this. (However, I may have missed this) I would suggest thoroughly reading the manual and proceeding with your best judgment.

Overall Thoughts
Overall I absolutely LOVED my Breo Box. The price might seem a bit steep at first glance but, considering all the products packed into this subscription, you really do get quite a lot. Even if I had gotten the camera and the Dodow Sleep Aid Device, I would have been over the moon for the price of the box. I’m so impressed with how well Breo Box was able to pack so many incredible items into this quarter’s subscription. If you take a peek at their previous boxes as well, you can see that this is a reoccurring theme for them.
